licensing agreement
An agreement between the OCOG and a licensee stipulating the conditions of granting to the licensee a non-exclusive or exclusive license to use and reproduce the OCOG property or properties in connection with the manufacture, advertising, promotion, distribution and sale of the licensed products.

Все категории товаров и услуг, имеющие коммерческое значение (включая без ограничений спонсорство, поставки и лицензирование), остаются у МОК до тех пор, пока он официально, в письменном виде не передаст их Оргкомитету «Сочи-2014» по просьбе последнего. МОК по своему усмотрению принимает любые решения, касающиеся передачи (или отказа в ней) любой категории товаров или услуг, а также условий такой передачи или отказа в ней.

release of categories
All product and service categories for commercial (including without limitation sponsorship, suppliership and licensing) purposes remain with the IOC until such time as the IOC, pursuant to Sochi 2014 request, officially releases any of them in writing to Sochi 2014. Any IOC decision as to whether or not to release any product or service category and under what conditions is in the IOC’s sole discretion.

Written document by which IOC releases a marketing category to the OCOG, so that the OCOG may then commence the licensing process for that category. This document contains a description of the product category, express exclusions, and additional conditions and limitations of the release.
